VisualPro360 presents VR ARENA RENT

The presentation of the ultimate and exclusive project of VisualPro360 is scheduled for the end of March 2019.

VR ARENA RENT presents itself as a new concept that collects positive feedback from the NoleggioVr.it experience and evolves them into a service dedicated to medium-sized companies and the communication industry (in particular, production of events, fairs, conferences, promotional tours) .
The Service consists of a KIT composed of a real ARENA (variable in size and shapes) that can accommodate more users (think up to 10 or more), who can live the VR dimension as a true “immersive experience” , as well as interacting with each other in a mixed reality simulation.

The aim will be to make the user experience the following experiences: GAME, TRAINING, CREATIVE COLLABORATION, ENTERTAINMENT ……. Using third-party applications or, in the most sophisticated cases, applications developed and customized on the basis of the objectives required by the project.
VisualPro360 therefore wants to offer the Arena VR Rent project of the desired size and complexity (small, medium, large size), where it is needed (Italy or abroad), when needed (from single moment during conferences or in company meetings, during fair days or promotional tours).
Also including the ability to design, build and install a permanent ARENA-VR in a space chosen by the customer, to be used for purposes and with completely customized applications.

For companies that are more attentive to brand communication but constantly looking for short delivery times and controlled costs, we offer a package of Applications/Games completely customizable in color and graphics (mainly with the customer’s logo and some elements inserted in the VR experience)
This package of experiences can be included in the rental package, with very low customization costs and a few days realization time.

Modularity
From now on, branding, organization and commercial strategies will be taken care of to improve workflow management and to offer customers at least 3 rental service modules:

Small: 4 users, 6 viewers, 2 operators 20 square meters of arena
Medium: 6 users, 9 viewers, 3 operators 30 square meters of arena
Large: 10 users, 14 viewers, 5 operators 70 square meters of arena

In addition we are able to offer a completely tailor-made solution including: service, structure, digital content dedicated to arenas designed, created, tested and sold to the customer.
